About The Position

Responsible for the handling and processing of warehouse pick orders; transporting inventory; and maintaining stock in warehouse. This position will require a safety focused employee who has comfortability in a fast-paced work environment.

Requirements

High School Diploma or Equivalent (required).
Skilled forklift and reach truck operator (Raymond preferred).
Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
Reads and understands documents such as policy manuals, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Utilizes common sense understanding in order to carry out written, oral, or diagrammed instructions.
Provides accurate work on a consistent basis meeting precise tolerances and standards.
Interpersonal skills sufficient to work closely with others on a team.
Ability to demonstrate flexibility in work environment performing a variety of frequently changing tasks.
Completes some moderately repetitive tasks.
Basic: RF scanner.
Forklift Certification (required).

Nice To Haves

6 months or more experience working in shipping or receiving (preferred).

Responsibilities

Comply with policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements per the Franklin Electric Quality System.
Follow detailed instructions, processes, and procedures.
Report problems with quality, process, equipment, and materials to the Warehouse Supervisor.
Maintains a clean and organized work area to facilitate distribution functions.
Operates a powered industrial forklift to transport inventory, unload and load trucks.
Pulls and stages orders for auditing and shipping teams.
Responsible for conducting pre shift forklift inspections and ensuring forklifts are operated safely and efficiently.
Ensure damage product is reported and delivered to the proper department for rework.
Performs other duties as required or assigned.
