About The Position

The Warehouse Operator will support the warehouse area while following all company safety rules and regulations as it relates to the job. This role is crucial for maintaining the efficient and safe flow of components and finished goods within the warehouse. Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required
Must be able to drive a forklift.
Must be able to read and write in English.
Basic computer skills and good math, written, verbal and organizational skills.
Excellent hand-eye coordination required.
Physical ability to handle pieces of freight that weigh at least 50 lbs.
Ability to drive a forklift and any other type of material handling equipment
Basic math skills
Knowledge of WMS or other warehouse management system.
Ability to read, write and speak English

Nice To Haves

Ability to work overtime when needed.
Good working knowledge of GMP’s, SOP’s, and JSA’s

Responsibilities

Log in and run a safety checklist on a forklift at the start of each shift.
Safely operate a forklift transporting components and finished goods pallets.
Ensure dock lock is engaged before entering trailer prior to loading or unloading materials.
Ensure carrier in door and carrier on pick list or Bill of Lading match prior to loading or unloading.
Pick and drop off components safely and stage them in designated areas using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) forklift mounted scanner gun with monitor.
Ensure 100% accuracy of finished goods order loading.
Maintain cleanliness of plant.
Practice and maintain safe conditions throughout the shift.
Report back to supervisor in a timely manner when job duties are complete for the next assignment.
Receive components into WMS with 100% accuracy.
Line return components accurately and according to company policy.
Participate in all job-related safety training and personally comply with all safety policies and procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.
