About The Position

This onsite warehouse support role is responsible for executing inbound, storage, and outbound warehouse operations while ensuring inventory accuracy, equipment reliability, regulatory compliance, and patient safety in a highly regulated environment.

2+ years of experience in warehouse operations using a WMS in a medical or highly regulated environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

Execute inbound, storage, and outbound warehouse processes (receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping) with the highest level of quality, patient safety, and regulatory compliance, updating transactions in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) or ERP.
Maintain inventory accuracy by performing cycle counts, stock verification, movements, and corrections, identifying and resolving discrepancies to ensure data integrity.
Support warehouse equipment operation by assisting with troubleshooting, calibration, and basic maintenance activities under direct supervision to minimize downtime.
Transport goods using forklifts and other material handling equipment while strictly adhering to safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
Support continuous improvement initiatives, including storage space optimization, safety protocol implementation, and participation in the installation of new warehouse systems and technologies.
