About The Position

Agri-Mark, a dairy cooperative with over 100 years of history rooted in family, mission, purpose, sustainability, respect, integrity, work ethic, teamwork, agriculture, and pride in award-winning products, is seeking a regular, full-time Warehouse Operator for a Float position. This role primarily operates on the 1st shift but requires flexibility to cover the 2nd shift based on business needs. The Warehouse Operator will be instrumental in supporting the West Springfield plant by executing critical operations that ensure efficient production flow and manage incoming and outgoing product and materials. The position emphasizes adherence to recordkeeping, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Food Safety, and all relevant state and federal regulations. Requirements

  • Intermediate to expert forklift experience required.
  • Current or previous forklift license/certification/experience at an intermediate level.
  • Schedule flexibility to work overtime, weekends, holidays, other shifts, etc. based on business needs.
