About The Position
Receives, stores, picks, and ships materials and products according to established procedures. Performs inventory counts, records stock movements, and reports discrepancies to warehouse leadership. Operates material handling equipment safely and efficiently, following all safety guidelines. Maintains a clean and organized work area, supporting housekeeping and safety programs. Assists with packing, unpacking, and labeling goods as required. Follows standard operating procedures for all warehouse activities. Collaborates with team members to meet daily operational goals and deadlines. Reports equipment issues or safety hazards to supervisors promptly. Supports compliance with quality and safety standards in all warehouse tasks. Participates in training and continuous improvement initiatives as assigned. Has skills developed through formal training or work experience. Works within established procedures and guidelines, with limited ability to modify methods or approach. Completes assigned tasks with moderate supervision. Performs most established procedures and is typically considered semi-skilled through work experience. Resolves routine issues with guidance or approval from senior staff or supervisors.
