About The Position

We are seeking a motivated Warehouse Operator to join our team on the 3rd Shift. This role is responsible for accurately processing customer orders, handling materials, and supporting various warehouse functions in a dynamic manufacturing environment. The position offers stable full-time hours, competitive pay with shift differential, and opportunities for growth.

Requirements

Forklift/Reach Truck experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to use various computer systems, including Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, Warehouse and Inventory systems, etc.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment (stand for 8+ hours and lift up to 30 lbs)
Team-player mindset who shows up on time and ready to work

Nice To Haves

Previous production, warehouse, or manufacturing experience a plus—but not required!

Responsibilities

Accurately process customer orders in the Partial Pallet area.
Pick, pack and wrap finished goods to order specification.
Unload, validate, and inspect ingredients, packaging materials, pallets.
Unload and load various finished goods to ship to our customers and other warehouse locations.
Support proper inventory rotation.
Process all necessary paperwork for material and finished good movements.
Support team members in Operations, FSQ, R&D, and other areas of Gehl Foods.
Ability to use handheld scanners, Ross ERP system, and other technology critical for this role.
