About The Position

Holley, a leader in automotive aftermarket products, has an immediate opening for a 1st Shift Warehouse Operator (Picker) at their Distribution Location in Bowling Green, KY. The starting pay is $16.39 with hourly pay progression. This role involves accurately sorting packages based on labels and maintaining a safety-first attitude, ensuring all work areas are left cleaner than they were found.

Requirements

• Must be able to perform RF Scanner tasks related to stocking and put-away processes.
• Must possess basic literacy in computers and Windows applications.
• Must be able to learn and use Holley’s Syteline system, performing functions such as inquiry, mass local transfers, pick confirm, and ship confirm.
• Must be able to stand at least seven hours per day.
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs as necessary.
• Must be able to work overtime including weekends.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with voice-driven picking is a plus.
• Prior experience in a material handling role is a plus.
• Experience in a distribution or shipping role is preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or GED is preferred.
