Requirements

Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
Must have at least 1 year of experience in a warehouse environment.
Must have experience operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
Must have experience with SAP or other inventory management systems.
Must have experience with handheld bar code scanners.
Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Must be able to work flexible hours, including some weekends and holidays.

Nice To Haves

Experience with FTL and LTL shipments.
Experience with cycle counts.
Experience with ESHA programs.

Responsibilities

Operate forklifts, motorized pallet stackers, and manual pallet jacks.
Responsible for loading and unloading shipments
Responsible for picking and staging material as per shipping documentation
Use handheld bar code scanners and other technology as required
Perform SAP transactions related to internal inventory movements, picking/shipping deliveries, planting inventory to and from vendor stock, etc.
Perform coordination of shipments through various carriers for FTL and LTL shipments
Perform cycle counts with minimal supervision and with 95% or greater accuracy
Perform area housekeeping duties and organizing work areas
Maintain consumables inventory of shrink wrap, liners, and slip sheets
Ensure participation and cooperation in company implemented ESHA programs
Enter a minimum of 3 safety deviations a year
