About The Position

Holley, a leader in automotive aftermarket products, has an immediate opening for a 1st Shift Warehouse Operator (Packer) at our Distribution Location in Bowling Green, KY. Starting pay is $16.39 with hourly pay progression.

Requirements

• Must be able to perform RF Scanner tasks related to stocking and put-away processes.
• Must possess basic literacy in computers and Windows applications.
• Must be able to learn and use Holley’s Syteline system, performing functions such as inquiry, mass local transfers, pick confirm, and ship confirm.
• Must be able to stand at least seven hours per day.
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs as necessary.
• Must be able to work overtime; including weekends.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with “Voice” driven picking or material handling is a plus.
• Experience with voice-driven picking is a plus.
• Prior experience in a material handling role is a plus.
• Experience in a distribution or shipping role is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Piece pack or full case packing of components accurately from designated locations per pick tickets or written instructions.
• Perform picking functions.
• Perform RF scanner driven stocking and put-away functions.
• Adhere to a safety first and clean as you always go expectation in all work areas.
• Use RF scanner which requires basic computer experience using windows-based applications.
