About The Position

This role is part of our Flex Manufacturing Program and is a part-time role with flexible hours, where you can choose your schedule. Typical hours worked per week will usually be between 16-29 hours, but this may vary based on location. In this role, you’ll be a key member of our Land O’Lakes, Inc. warehousing team, performing front-line processes that ensure successful delivery of final products. You’ll gain skills and experience in warehouse operations including coordinating inbound/outbound deliveries, packing/loading final products using a forklift, assisting with cycle counts, and organizing areas of the warehouse. You’ll operate daily on a forklift and use other plant machinery and equipment as needed. Join our team to become part of a member-owned co-op that is Rooted In Tomorrow. Requirements

Must be 18 years or older
6+ months of work experience in any industry
Basic computer and math skills
Able to read, write, comprehend, follow verbal and written instructions
Willingness to learn new skills, problem-solve and troubleshoot
Strong collaboration, communication skills, and is always respectful
Successful forklift certification required

Nice To Haves

1+ year of warehousing work experience
Forklift experience

Responsibilities

Complies with all safety processes and insists on safety practices of self and others
Shows up on time, completes tasks by deadlines, and adapts to changes quickly
Processes work orders by selecting correct products from racks, palletizing them, shrink-wrapping, and staging the product order for delivery
Able to multi-task and keep up with warehousing demands in a fast-paced environment
Ensures all standard operating procedures are followed
Maintains cleanliness and organization of work area
