About The Position

We are looking for warehouse associates to work part-time on Saturdays and Sundays from 7 am to 5:30 pm. This role involves working in small teams to load and unload boxes in trailers. Compensation is based on a per-box rate, meaning higher productivity leads to higher earnings. The average employee earns between $300-$500 per weekend, with top performers exceeding $800. Opportunities for additional earnings exist by working extra hours or days.

Requirements

Can pass a background check and a drug test.
Can lift up to 50lbs unassisted.
Can stand for long periods of time (10hrs-12hrs shifts).

Responsibilities

Report to work on time and in dress code (Safety vest and Steel toes)
Unload trailers by scanning boxes and placing them from the conveyor belt into a cage.
Load trailers by scanning boxes and placing them from a cage onto a conveyor belt.
Ensure every scan is done properly and boxes are placed into the correct cage location.
Maintain a safe, positive work environment.
Keep yourself safe and follow company policies.
Have good attendance.
Work with other teams to keep operations running smoothly.
Push yourself to get work done more efficiently.
