The Warehouse Operator supports the entire function of the warehouse by performing various roles including puller, loader, stager, and replenisher. Familiarity with material handling and radio frequency equipment is needed. The position involves building delivery loads, preparing them for delivery, and loading them onto trucks or into PODS. Loads are processed through an ordering system, converted to load sheets, and then completed by the operators. Other tasks include nightly clean-up, equipment maintenance, and general warehouse/facility organization. Specific roles include: Loader: Responsible for building delivery loads of a variety of packages onto pallets, preparing them for delivery, and loading onto trucks or into PODS. Stager: Responsible for staging finished goods/inventory with hands and equipment for further processing and, when applicable, utilizing warehouse management systems to ensure inventory accuracy and control. Replenisher: Responsible for staging finished goods/inventory with hands and equipment for further processing and, when applicable, utilizing warehouse management systems to ensure inventory accuracy and control. Puller: Responsible for scanning and pulling product from racks to the dock staging area. Also responsible for palletizing orders and verifying that orders are correct prior to pulling.
