About The Position

This is a temporary position where operators are responsible for accurately and timely picking product for all orders received daily, stocking product received daily, and performing other material handling/general warehouse duties. The ability to work until the job is completed each day is required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Entry-level position
• Basic math skills
• Basic English skills, such as speaking, listening, reading
• Detail-oriented
• Ability to operate handheld scanner and pen pad
• Ability to operate counting scale accurately
• Ability to communicate with management
• Ability to operate forklift
• Ability to operate manual pallet jack
• Moderate physical effort and use of motor skills requiring manual dexterity
• Regularly stand, walk, stoop, kneel, and crouch
• Lift, lower, carry product up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Pick product from primary locations, confirming part number and quantity
• Pack product for shipping
• Bag, label, and seal product
• Stock product, confirming part number and quantity
• Assist in cycle counting
• Clean and maintain work area daily, including shelves and floors
• Adhere to all safety procedures in the performance of job duties
• General labor for material handling assignments
• Other duties as assigned by Manager
