About The Position

This role is responsible for handling the receiving, shipping, and inter-facility material movement between the off-site warehouse and the main plant. The operator will ensure efficient operations by performing ERP transactions, maintaining inventory records, and operating material software. This position requires strict adherence to company Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) standards and involves coordinating daily workloads and cross-functional communication to meet production targets. The operator will also monitor equipment functionality and schedule maintenance.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED.
Valid Driver’s License.
1+ years of PIT experience.

Nice To Haves

Experience with ERP systems (SAP or Oracle).
Forklift experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Suite.

Responsibilities

Handle receiving, shipping, and inter-facility material movement between the off-site warehouse and main plant.
Operate box trucks, forklifts, and Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) safely.
Perform ERP transactions, inventory records maintenance, and material software operations.
Analyze inventory reports (LPNs, Min/Max, Aging, Shortages, Expiring) and execute prompt corrective actions.
Coordinate daily workloads and cross-functional communication to maintain efficiency and hit production targets.
Troubleshoot and escalate complex inventory or operational issues.
Monitor equipment functionality and schedule required maintenance.
Strictly adhere to company Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) standards.
