This position is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship. SHIFT/SCHEDULE: This role operates on the Weekend shift, with a schedule of Friday–Sunday, 5:00 AM–5:30 PM. ONBOARDING SCHEDULE: To ensure a successful start and seamless integration into the team, this role includes a structured 4–5-day onboarding program, typically scheduled from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. All new employees are expected to complete this onboarding during their first week. POSITION SUMMARY: As a Warehouse Operator I, you’ll help keep our warehouse running smoothly by picking, packing, stocking, and moving products. You’ll use equipment like pallet jacks and scanners, follow safety and quality procedures, and work as part of a team to make sure the right products get where they need to go. Your attention to detail and dependability help us deliver the products people love — safely and efficiently.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs and move throughout your shift
  • Comfortable working around powders, chemicals, and food allergens
  • Flexible to work overtime based on business needs

Nice To Haves

  • Prior forklift experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Operate material handling equipment to move products
  • Pick, pack, and restock items based on system instructions
  • Verify product types and quantities, and correct discrepancies
  • Use scanners and digital tools to track inventory
  • Wrap pallets, apply labels, and prepare shipments
  • Follow safety rules, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and company policies
  • Perform other duties as assigned
