Forklift Operator (Full-time) - Evening Shift

About The Position

As a Warehouse Operator II, you will move, organize, and track materials throughout the warehouse. You will operate forklifts and other equipment, support shipping and receiving, and help maintain accurate inventory. You will also perform tasks from the Warehouse Operator I role as needed. The position works Monday through Friday, 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, with a structured 4–5-day onboarding program during the first week, typically scheduled from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Requirements

At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing or warehouse operations.
Ability to obtain forklift certification.
Proven experience operating forklifts and warehouse equipment.
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and move throughout the shift.
Comfortable working around powders, chemicals, and food allergens.
Flexible to work overtime based on business needs.
Comfortable using computers, tablets, and inventory systems.
Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
Able to read, write, and understand English.
Strong organization and time-management skills.
Team-oriented and dependable.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely.
Load and unload trucks, verifying shipments against documentation.
Perform cycle counts and update inventory systems.
Organize and label warehouse storage areas.
Pick, pack, and stage materials for shipment.
Inspect equipment and report maintenance needs.
Collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks and maintain workflow.
Follow safety rules, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and company policies.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Perform tasks from the Warehouse Operator I role as needed.
