About The Position
This role is responsible for various warehouse operations including organizing shipping floor, staging daily shipments, packaging materials, preparing orders for shipment, weighing and measuring materials, and operating a forklift to move materials. The position also involves returning unprocessed materials to inventory, maintaining transactions and locations in the operating system, and attaching packing slips and certifications. Additionally, the role requires setting up and operating metal cutting machinery, running bandsaws, using lifting equipment, and performing housekeeping duties such as sweeping and tidying the shipping area.
Requirements
- Experience operating a forklift
- Experience with metal cutting machinery
- Experience with bandsaws
