About The Position

GXO is seeking a Supervisor, Supply Chain Operations to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations and lead a team. The supervisor encourages employees to improve performance, monitors work quality, supports exceptional customer service, and implements continuous improvement plans. The schedule is Thursday through Sunday, 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with flexibility required for planned and unplanned overtime as needed.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, and computerized scanner equipment.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule as needed, including planned and unplanned overtime, which may include weekends.
• Ability to lift objects of various shapes, sizes, and weights; stand, sit, or walk for extended periods; reach, bend, climb, push, pull, twist, squat, and kneel; handle or manage tools or equipment; and tolerate hot or cold warehouse environments.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or a related field.
• 2 years of managerial or supervisory experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.
• Experience in an AS9100 or ISO environment.
• Warehousing or Third-Party Logistics (3PL) experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient daily operations of the warehouse.
• Prepare schedules.
• Supervise, train, and coach the team to improve performance.
• Monitor work quality to consistently deliver exceptional customer service.
• Demonstrate an understanding of the company quality policy.
• Adhere to the GXO 7S program.
• Communicate effectively with leadership, team members, and other departments.
• Implement continuous improvement action plans.
