About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and disciplined Warehouse Operations Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse activities and ensure all employees follow company standards, procedures, and performance expectations. This role is responsible for maintaining efficiency, enforcing rules, monitoring staff performance, and ensuring the warehouse operates at the highest level of professionalism and organization.
The ideal candidate will be a strong leader who can maintain accountability, improve workflow, organize products properly, and ensure all warehouse tasks are completed accurately and on time.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor all warehouse employees daily.
• Ensure all team members follow company rules, procedures, and work standards.
• Maintain strict control over productivity and minimize downtime or wasted time.
• Enforce discipline, accountability, and professionalism across the team.
• Ensure the warehouse remains clean, organized, safe, and presentable at all times.
• Oversee proper product organization by type, color, size, and designated storage area.
• Conduct regular inspections of shelves, inventory, and work areas.
• Identify mistakes, inefficiencies, and poor performance, and correct them promptly.
• Report daily performance, issues, and improvement opportunities to management.
• Train employees in proper procedures, work expectations, and company standards.
• Ensure all warehouse tasks are completed accurately and on schedule.
• Support operational improvements to maintain efficient warehouse workflow.
