About The Position

This role involves overseeing the movement of inventory transfers from the warehouse to PickPack to ensure consistent production output. The supervisor will be responsible for clearing block/hold lists, resolving inventory issues, managing department schedules and shift transitions, and adapting staffing to daily changes. Additionally, the role includes setting performance expectations, training and mentoring team members, fostering a positive work environment, and managing warehouse and inventory-related tickets. The supervisor will also generate shipping labels and manage returns/freight, while leading by example in promoting safety and compliance with OSHA protocols.

  • Experience supervising warehouse or logistics teams preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage warehouse and inventory-related tickets via internal systems.
  • Utilize the GBC admin site for processing and reporting tasks.
  • Generate shipping labels and manage returns/freight (FedEx/UPS).
  • Lead by example in promoting a safety-first culture.
  • Enforce use of PPE and compliance with OSHA protocols.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace.
  • Respond to incidents immediately and document reports accurately.
