Warehouse Operations Supervisor - JLL What this job involves: The Warehouse Operations Supervisor will manage and oversee all activities related to shipping/receiving, storing, delivering, transferring, reconciling, and cycle counting materials per cGMP procedures and regulations, within multiple systems and/or between multiple sites. What your day-to-day will look like: Supervise various critical warehouse operations by leading the warehouse operations team, leading operations ramp up strategy & execution and lead tactical & long-term strategic initiatives to drive production readiness & ramp-up. Drive a safe workplace culture, ensuring safety & environmental requirements are met. Ensures that materials are received, stored, and distributed according to current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), Good Distribution Practices (GDP) and other applicable regulations and specifications. Supervise daily plan to exceed expectations for productivity, accuracy, and quality compliance. Ensure compliance with GDP, GMP, SOPs, and regulatory requirements (FDA, EMA, WHO, or local authorities) Maintain proper handling of temperature-controlled, controlled, and hazardous materials Monitor and enforce cold chain management procedures Oversee inventory accuracy, stock rotation (FEFO/FIFO), and batch/lot traceability Responsible for ensuring that risks are identified, assessed, and corrected to ensure the safety, purity, quality, and effectiveness of the product(s) manufactured. Ensures that staff complete all required training prior to performing assigned GMP activities. Ensures that non-conformances for areas of responsibility are reported promptly to the Quality unit and investigated per procedures. Ensures all areas and staff are prepared for regulatory audits and inspections. Supports Continuous Improvement initiatives, programs, and projects. Uses Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Power Point, Project to update metrics and present information.
