Sr. Warehouse Operations Manager

In this role, you will play a vital part in our growth trajectory. The Senior Warehouse Operations Manager would be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, managing a team of employees, and ensuring that all operational targets are met efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
- Candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule; including early mornings and late nights as required.
- Partner and establish strong working relationships with other departments that provide support to the overall operation.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of OSHA Standards and regulations.
- At least 5 years of experience in warehouse operations, including shipping and receiving, inventory management, logistics and personnel management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must have a valid driver's license.

- SAP experience preferred.
- WMS experience preferred.
- PIT experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Responsibilities
- Planning and coordinating the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods.
- Managing and training staff.
- Developing and implementing operational policies and procedures.
- Monitoring inventory levels.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining a clean, organized facility.
- Continuously improving warehouse operations.
- Managing budgets.
- Maintaining relationships with customers and suppliers.
- Ensuring compliance with all safety regulations, including proper use of equipment and handling of hazardous materials.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
