About The Position

FNS is hiring a Warehouse Operations Manager to lead warehouse operations and staff. The role oversees incoming and outgoing shipments, inventory accuracy, storage systems, daily warehouse activities, productivity, equipment, and workplace safety. The manager uses warehouse management systems and related computer tools to track orders and inventory, and prepares reports on inventory accuracy, productivity, and costs. The position requires substantial experience in warehouse operations or related industrial logistics, supervisory experience, and bilingual Korean and English skills.

Requirements

At least 8 years of experience in warehouse operations, manufacturing logistics, production support logistics, or industrial operations.
At least 5 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
Ability to work in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Basic computer proficiency, including Excel, WMS, scanners, and tablets.
Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English is required.

Responsibilities

Manage incoming and outgoing shipments.
Ensure accurate inventory levels through regular cycle counts and audits.
Implement storage and labeling systems to minimize loss or misplacement.
Plan and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, picking, repacking, and shipping.
Monitor productivity and set performance targets.
Use warehouse management systems (WMS) to track orders and inventory.
Recruit, train, and supervise warehouse staff.
Create work schedules and assign tasks.
Monitor employee performance and enforce company policies.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
Ensure proper use and maintenance of forklifts and other equipment.
Prepare reports on inventory accuracy, productivity, and costs.
