About The Position

The Manager of Warehouse Operations in the wholesale trade industry is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the daily operational activities to ensure efficiency, safety, and profitability across business units. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management within the wholesale trade or a related industry.
• Proven experience in leadership development and team management.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse safety standards and compliance requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze financial metrics and key performance indicators.
• Leadership development and team building skills are essential for motivating and guiding operational teams to achieve high performance and cohesion.
• Interviewing skills enable the manager to recruit and retain top talent, ensuring the workforce aligns with organizational needs.
• Proficiency in analyzing key performance indicators and financial metrics allows for data-driven decision-making that enhances operational efficiency and profitability.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety is applied daily to enforce protocols that protect employees and maintain compliance with regulations.
• Business unit analysis, reporting, and financial management skills are utilized to monitor performance, prepare strategic reports, and manage budgets effectively, ensuring the business unit meets its financial and operational goals.
