About The Position

FNS is hiring a Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee warehouse operations, including shipment management, inventory accuracy, daily workflow coordination, staff supervision, safety, equipment, and operational reporting. The role requires extensive experience in warehouse operations or related logistics and at least five years of leadership or supervisory experience. Korean and English bilingual proficiency is required. Relocation assistance is available to eligible applicants. The base salary range is $70,000–$95,000 per year, depending on experience, qualifications, and skills. Benefits listed are for full-time employees only.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in warehouse operations, manufacturing logistics, production support logistics, or industrial operations.
• At least 5 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Ability to work in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Excel, warehouse management systems, scanners, and tablets.
• Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Maintain accurate inventory through regular cycle counts and audits.
• Implement storage and labeling systems to minimize loss or misplacement.
• Plan and coordinate daily receiving, picking, repacking, and shipping activities.
• Monitor productivity and set performance targets.
• Use warehouse management systems to track orders and inventory.
• Recruit, train, and supervise warehouse staff.
• Create work schedules and assign tasks.
• Monitor employee performance and enforce company policies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of forklifts and other equipment.
• Prepare reports on inventory accuracy, productivity, and costs.
