About The Position

This role involves leading strategic project delivery for Enterprise and Gaming, managing the entire lifecycle from planning to execution, and ensuring project success. The position requires documenting processes, defining deliverables, creating schedules, leading meetings, and managing budgets. The Lead will support and manage diverse Operations projects including Supply Chain, New Channel Integration, Shipping/Distribution, Manufacturing, and Systems. Key responsibilities include developing and documenting processes, meeting results, actions, risks, and communications. The role also involves organizing meetings, providing direction and task oversight, gathering data from end-users, participating in global meetings (potentially outside normal work hours), liaising with Carriers, troubleshooting with Global Trade Compliance to reduce late shipments, coordinating with Procurement for timely material delivery, and developing/formalizing OTC processes within M&M and Fulfillment. The Lead will be accountable for OTC launch performance and continuous improvement, and will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Navision to D365 conversion, guiding cross-functional teams through systems enhancements across ERP, WES, and WMS. Project management for picking and shipping processes within M&M and Fulfillment is also a key aspect.

Requirements

Track record of resolving problems and complex issues
Ability to effectively prioritize and balance diverse work schedule and demonstrates ability to be highly organized and manage time effectively
Proficient with oral and written communication and with conducting presentations
Associate degree and/or equivalent work experience
3 years of proven experience in leading/supporting project management tasks, including demonstrated experience in establishing deliverables and timelines. Preferably in an operation, manufacturing, shipping and/or distribution environment.
Advanced experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint required
Experience with ERP systems required
Able to stand or sit for long periods of time.
Able to lift 25 pounds by self and 50+ pounds with a team lift (i.e. sitting, standing, lifting, bending, reaching, etc)

Project Management Certification, preferred
Supervisory experience, preferred
Experience with Microsoft Visio and SharePoint strongly preferred

Responsibilities

Support and manage a diverse mix of Operations projects (Supply Chain, New Channel Integration, Shipping/Distribution, Manufacturing, and Systems)
Develop and Document processes, meeting results, actions, risks, and project communications
Organize meetings, develop agendas, monitor and update project status
Document and update all Operations Processes to include OTC for Pre-Fulfillment, Fulfillment, and Materials Management
Provide direction and task oversight to individuals, departments, and stakeholders
Gather required data from end users to evaluate objectives, goals, and scope on assigned projects
Participate in global meetings, some being outside of normal work hours with external and internal partners
Liaise and build strong relationships and partnerships with Carriers (Inbound / Outbound)
Troubleshoot and work with Global Trade Compliance to reduce/eliminate late shipments
Coordinate with Procurement to ensure delivery of required channel material on time
Develop and formalize processes and procedures within M&M and Fulfillment for OTC
Accountable for the performance of OTC launch and ongoing operations including continuous improvement
Lead the Navision to conversion D365 as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), driving systems enhancements across ERP, WES, and WMS while guiding cross-functional teams through the transition
