Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older
Ability to speak, read, and write English.
Leadership experience is preferred.
Attention to detial and high sense of urgency.
Project management skills.
Knowledge with microsoft office systems.

Responsibilities

Train employees on all aspects of the warehouse
Work collaboratively with department leads on manners within the plant
Serve as the main trainer for new and current warehouse associates
Ensure that all warehouse associates have the tools and understanding to succeed in their positions
Coach associates in the warehouse on performance, work with management if discipline is necessary
Work alongside the Warehouse Supervisor during performance review process
Address any associate conflicts, complaints or concerns within a timely manner, involving management and or/HR as necessary.
