About The Position

This is a 3rd Shift Warehouse Operations Internship position located in Indianapolis, IN. The internship is designed to last approximately 12 weeks, from June through August. Interns will gain hands-on experience in a high-demand distribution facility, focusing on learning departmental processes, developing leadership skills, prioritizing and delegating workload, understanding team dynamics, and contributing to continuous improvement projects.

Requirements

• College Junior or Senior working toward management, logistics, supply chain, or a similar degree program.
• A keen eye for identifying process or system errors with a drive to improve those processes.
• Proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.

Nice To Haves

• Previous leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Learn departmental processes and procedures.
• Identify, develop, and deploy your personal leadership style within a high-demand distribution facility.
• Develop the skills needed to prioritize and delegate daily workload to ensure completion and accuracy.
• Identify your “Team Relate” types and how to use them to be successful.
• Identify and contribute to any department related CI projects.
