About The Position
Midwest Dippin' Dots is seeking a Warehouse Operations Coordinator to lead and support its operations. This role requires an individual who excels in organization, problem-solving, and ensuring smooth operations. The coordinator will be responsible for planning routes, managing inventory, assisting in the warehouse, and troubleshooting equipment. This is a leadership position that involves coordinating teams across multiple locations and maintaining effective communication with drivers, warehouse staff, and leadership. A hands-on, proactive approach is essential for ensuring daily operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Experience in logistics, route delivery, or operations.
- Prior team leadership experience.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in both office and warehouse environments.
- Hands-on approach to operations, including basic mechanical or equipment tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and routing/CRM systems.
- A valid driver's license.
- Ability to safely operate vehicles and trailers.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs when needed.

- A degree in business or a related field is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily logistics, including route planning, delivery coordination, and inventory management across multiple warehouse locations.
- Lead delivery drivers and warehouse teams, ensuring efficient scheduling, clear communication, and smooth execution of daily operations.
- Monitor inventory levels, reduce waste, and align product availability with customer demand.
- Support event logistics, fleet coordination, and equipment readiness.
- Assist with operational improvements and cross-functional communication between teams.
