About The Position
This is a fast-paced operations role with high ownership and impact, combining warehouse management, work order coordination, and field support. The Warehouse Operations Coordinator will serve as the central point of coordination between the warehouse, field technicians, vendors, and property management teams. Responsibilities include managing inventory, tracking materials and equipment, coordinating work orders, scheduling maintenance activity, and ensuring projects move efficiently from start to finish. Success requires someone who can prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy, urgency, and strong communication. This role aims to eliminate operational bottlenecks, improve organization, and support field teams with the materials and coordination they need to succeed. It is a hands-on operational role for someone who enjoys ownership, accountability, and creating structure in a dynamic environment within a rapidly growing property management and construction operations company.
Requirements
- Experience in warehouse management, maintenance coordination, construction operations, or property management
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Experience coordinating vendors, inventory, scheduling, or work orders in a fast-paced environment
