About The Position

You’ll support daily warehouse operations through administrative coordination, reporting, customer communication, and operational documentation. Requirements

1+ year of experience in warehouse administration, logistics, or operations support.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and follow-through skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Nice To Haves

Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory documentation, billing support, or operational reporting preferred.

Responsibilities

Coordinate warehouse billing documentation and administrative processes.
Prepare customer reports, operational reports, and tracking documentation.
Maintain accurate warehouse records, files, and operational documentation.
Track customer requests and ensure timely follow-up.
Coordinate communication between warehouse operations, customers, and internal departments.
Assist with inventory documentation, reporting, and process tracking.
Support operational scheduling and administrative coordination.
Monitor customer-specific processes and ensure required documentation is completed accurately.
