About The Position

Garonit Pharmaceutical is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Associate to support warehouse operations and the transportation of materials between our Fairfield and Flanders, New Jersey facilities. This position is responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate movement of raw materials, packaging components, finished goods, equipment, and supplies while maintaining compliance with company procedures, safety requirements, and cGMP standards.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Valid CDL driver's license required.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

Previous warehouse, logistics, shipping/receiving, or material handling experience preferred.
Experience in pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or regulated environments is a plus.
Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification preferred.
Basic computer skills and experience with inventory management systems preferred.

Responsibilities

Transport materials, products, equipment, and supplies between Garonit's Fairfield and Flanders facilities.
Load, unload, inspect, and secure materials for transport.
Perform receiving, warehousing, and shipping activities.
Pick, pack, stage, and prepare materials for production and distribution.
Maintain accurate inventory transactions and warehouse records.
Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock reconciliation activities.
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
Conduct routine vehicle inspections and maintain transportation logs.
Coordinate material movements with Production, Quality, and Warehouse teams.
Ensure compliance with cGMP requirements, company policies, and safety regulations.
Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and proper storage conditions.
Report inventory discrepancies, damaged materials, and equipment issues.
Assist with additional warehouse, logistics, and operational duties as assigned.
