About The Position

Kitsch is a certified female and minority-owned global beauty brand with products in over 32,000 retailers across 92 countries. The company is seeking a Warehouse Operations Associate to manage the flow of thousands of daily orders through platforms like Shopify, TikTok Shop, and Faire. This role bridges the warehouse floor and the office, focusing on the ShipHero warehouse system to identify and resolve order issues proactively. The associate will ensure orders are processed efficiently, inventory is managed, and the team operates smoothly, acting as a key problem-solver and support for the Warehouse Manager.

Requirements

Significant experience with a warehouse management system (WMS).
Hands-on ShipHero experience is a strong plus.
2-4 years in warehouse operations, e-commerce fulfillment, or 3PL work.
Demonstrated systems thinking ability.
Ability to remain calm under pressure during peak periods and product launches.
Proactive problem-solving attitude.
Bilingual English/Spanish is strongly preferred.
Comfortable being on your feet and on the warehouse floor for most of the day.
Weekend availability.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Shopify, TikTok Shop, or Faire, and their integration with WMS.
Experience working with or within a 3PL.
Basic comfort with barcode hardware, label printers, and networking.
Experience supporting high-volume launches or peak season.

Responsibilities

Own the daily health of online orders from warehouse entry to shipment.
Monitor order pacing against daily targets and flag potential delays.
Prioritize and ensure the shipment of the oldest and most urgent orders first.
Verify that all orders are correctly statused, allocated, and visible for fulfillment.
Manage the movement of received stock from staging to pickable locations.
Communicate inventory shortages or the need to move product to sellable spots.
Identify and address bottlenecks on the warehouse floor.
Collaborate with floor leads to optimize team placement and report imbalances to the Warehouse Manager.
Serve as the primary problem-solver for pickers and packers facing issues.
Develop into a key support for the Warehouse Manager, potentially covering for them.
Monitor ShipHero system components including devices, stations, order statuses, and workflow settings.
Troubleshoot and resolve underlying system issues, such as automation rules or order reprocessing.
Generate ShipHero reports to analyze aging orders, blocked orders, and shipment status.
Provide basic IT support for warehouse equipment like computers, printers, scanners, and Wi-Fi.
