About The Position

EquipmentShare is hiring a Warehouse Operations Associate at our rental facility in Haskell, TX. This role is responsible for general inventory related tasks such as shipping and receiving, order fulfillment, physical inventory counting, and inventory transfers. Additionally, the position involves the activation and testing of telematics devices, and troubleshooting issues that prevent devices from being shipped to customers. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, possesses strong customer service and time management skills, is proficient with inventory software, and can work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. This is an entry-level position.

Requirements

  • Experience working in a warehouse environment required
  • Proficiency with inventory software, database, and management systems
  • Complete order requests for pick-ups
  • Familiarity with electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic tools
  • Ability to understand and communicate effectively
  • Proven organizational and time management skills
  • Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs
  • Forklift certified required or achievable within first week of employment
  • Requires a significant amount of time standing and moving within the facility (~90%), seated at station (~10%) and climbing ladders to access inventory (~1%)
