About The Position

The Warehouse Manager plays a critical role in overseeing the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of a wide range of goods within a manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for managing warehouse operations to ensure inventory accuracy, timely order fulfillment, and compliance with safety and quality standards. The Warehouse Manager leads a team of warehouse staff, coordinating daily activities to optimize workflow and maintain high productivity levels. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or management role.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control procedures.
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety standards applicable to warehouse environments.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a team in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Analytical skills.
• Communication skills.
• Proficiency with warehouse management and ERP software.
• Problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, storing, and shipping of materials and finished products.
• Manage warehouse staff by recruiting, training, scheduling, and evaluating performance to maintain a motivated and efficient team.
• Implement and maintain inventory control procedures to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations within the warehouse.
• Collaborate with production, procurement, and logistics departments to align warehouse operations with manufacturing and delivery schedules.
• Monitor warehouse equipment and facilities, coordinating maintenance and repairs as needed.
• Analyze warehouse performance metrics and prepare reports to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and enforce standard operating procedures to optimize warehouse processes and reduce operational costs.
