About The Position

Lead daily warehouse operations to ensure safe, accurate, and efficient receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping activities. Develop and coach warehouse associates while driving operational performance, inventory accuracy, and customer service. Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 3+ years of warehouse, logistics, distribution, or operations experience.
• Prior leadership experience managing warehouse personnel.
• Experience with inventory control, shipping, receiving, and warehouse management processes.
• Ability to operate material handling equipment and work in a warehouse environment.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of related experience
• Prior experience leading a warehouse group or function

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop warehouse associates to achieve safety, service, and productivity goals.
• Oversee receiving, storage, inventory control, and shipping operations.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and process improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, regulatory, and company operating procedures.
• Manage warehouse staffing, scheduling, training, and performance expectations.
• Partner with branch leadership to support customer service, delivery, and operational objectives.
• Monitor operational metrics and implement improvements that increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Maintain warehouse equipment, facility standards, and housekeeping requirements.
