About The Position
The Operations Systems Analyst II (WMS Analyst II) implements and maintains warehouse, transportation, and packaging management systems. The role works with cross-functional teams to analyze data, identify operational inefficiencies, and develop solutions that optimize systems and meet business needs. The analyst also supports system functionality and efficiency, trains team members, ensures compliance with established policies and procedures, maintains documentation and reports, identifies potential issues and risks, and creates dashboards using SQL.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or a similar field, or equivalent experience.
- 0+ years of analytics experience.
Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain warehouse, transportation, and packaging management systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize systems and ensure they meet business needs.
- Analyze and interpret data to increase system functionality and efficiency.
- Train team members on the use of warehouse, transportation, and packaging management systems.
- Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.
- Develop and maintain system documentation and reports.
- Identify and address potential issues and risks.
- Create and maintain dashboards using SQL.
