About The Position
The Operations Systems Analyst I (WMS Analyst I) implements and maintains warehouse, transportation, and packaging management systems. The role works with a dynamic team to analyze data, identify operational inefficiencies, and develop solutions that optimize systems. It offers the opportunity to work with technology and contribute to DHL Supply Chain’s operations and customer service. The analyst collaborates across functions, supports system use and compliance, and maintains documentation, reports, and SQL dashboards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or a similar field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 1 year of transportation or logistics experience, or experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain warehouse, transportation, and packaging management systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize systems and meet business needs.
- Analyze and interpret data to increase system functionality and efficiency.
- Train team members to use warehouse, transportation, and packaging management systems.
- Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.
- Develop and maintain system documentation and reports.
- Identify and address potential issues and risks.
- Create and maintain dashboards using SQL.
