About The Position
The Sr Operations Systems Analyst (Sr WMS Analyst) implements and maintains warehouse, transportation, and packaging management systems. The role works with cross-functional teams to analyze data, identify operational inefficiencies, and develop solutions that optimize systems and meet organizational needs. It also supports system functionality and efficiency, trains team members, ensures compliance with established policies and procedures, maintains documentation and reports, identifies potential issues and risks, and creates dashboards using Advanced SQL.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or a similar field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 1 year of transportation or logistics experience, or experience in a similar role.
- At least 1 year of analytical experience.
