The Warehouse & Materials Manager plays a critical role in making that possible. Reporting to the Plant Manager, this leader is accountable for the full scope of material flow across the Georgia bakery — from inbound raw materials through finished goods shipment. The Warehouse & Materials Manager leads the site’s warehousing, inventory, logistics, and SAP material management processes with excellence, ensuring product availability, inventory accuracy, and system integrity that keep our operations running smoothly and our customers delighted. As a key member of the plant leadership team, this role is both strategic and hands-on — balancing people leadership, process optimization, and data-driven decision-making while living out our company values. The Warehouse & Materials Manager is more than an operational leader — this role is a steward of the Georgia bakery’s reliability, culture, and success.
