See how your contributions will help transform vision into reality: Position Overview: As part of the talented Mercury Racing Materials team, you will provide support for the following production areas: Receiving, Boxing, Shipping and Returned Goods. Responsible for physical product movements, transactions, packaging of goods, and organization of material. At Brunswick, we have passion for our work and a distinct ability to deliver. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 0-2 years of experience in related field
  • Must possess the ability to learn new jobs and computer programs.
  • Requires good judgment and organizational skills
  • Must possess the ability to prioritize tasks and communicate clearly with others
  • Basic computer skills
  • Forklift training/ experience

Nice To Haves

  • Materials Requirement Planning (MRP) software experience

Responsibilities

  • Assigns storage locations for products, supplies and material
  • Move material from warehouse location to support manufacturing, sales and interplant orders
  • Process transactions in MRP systems to move material in and out of stock locations
  • Assists in the physical count of materials; recommends means of effectively utilizing warehouse space
  • Monitors inventory levels; manages inventory according to company policy
  • Inspects and ensures all warehouse equipment and machinery are properly maintained and in accordance with safety procedures
  • Communicates part shortages timely with team members to avoid line disruptions
