About The Position

Trimble is seeking a Warehouse Material Handler to support order processing, digital inventory management, packaging, and shipment preparation. The role helps ensure technology products are accurately picked, safely packed, and delivered on time as part of Trimble’s global fulfillment network. It is based in the office in Dayton, Ohio, and works the first shift Tuesday through Thursday, 6:00 a.m. to 4:40 p.m. The stated hourly pay is $18.50, with a posted hiring range of $17.21–$21.54 per hour. Travel is 0%.

Requirements

High school diploma, GED, or an equivalent combination of education and related experience.
One year of hands-on experience in warehouse operations, material handling, or shipping and receiving.
Strong attention to detail and ability to read written instructions, count accurately, and compare data.
Ability to walk, stand, bend, and lift 20–30 pounds constantly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Nice To Haves

Experience using handheld inventory scanners and entering data into shipping software.
Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Verify orders against detailed pick lists and scan items into the inventory management system.
Package and reinforce outgoing technology items using containers and fillers for safe transport.
Use computer shipping databases and generate carrier labels.
Stage completed orders for delivery.
Work with team members to transport staged inventory and assist with truck loading.
