About The Position

Bathrooms by J. Blanton is a rapidly growing bathroom remodeling division focused on delivering high-quality shower and bathroom renovations to homeowners throughout the Chicago area. We are growing quickly and are looking for a reliable, organized, hands-on Warehouse & Materials Coordinator to help keep our projects running smoothly. This role is critical to making sure our installation teams have the right materials, tools, and equipment at the right place and at the right time.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of warehouse, logistics, construction, or operations experience
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory/operations software
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to work effectively with installers, project managers, and other team members
  • Comfortable lifting and moving materials as needed

Nice To Haves

  • Remodeling or residential construction experience strongly preferred
  • Experience working with bathroom remodeling, plumbing, flooring, cabinetry, or similar construction materials is a major plus

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the bathroom remodeling warehouse
  • Receive, inspect, organize, and store materials and products
  • Track inventory and maintain accurate records of materials, tools, and equipment
  • Prepare materials and job-specific orders for upcoming installations
  • Coordinate material deliveries to job sites
  • Work closely with Project Managers, Install Leads, and the Field Team to ensure jobs are properly prepared
  • Verify that all required materials are available before an installation begins
  • Identify missing, damaged, or incorrect materials and resolve issues quickly
  • Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe
  • Load and unload materials, including larger bathroom remodeling products
  • Maintain organization of company tools and equipment
  • Help coordinate returns, exchanges, and warranty-related materials
  • Assist with purchasing and material replenishment when needed
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels and identify opportunities to reduce waste
  • Follow company procedures for receiving, storing, and distributing materials
  • Occasionally assist with other operational tasks to support the remodeling team
