About The Position

This role is responsible for ensuring accuracy and efficiency within the warehouse operations. The Warehouse Material Technician will work closely with management to maintain a safe and organized work environment, train other associates on inventory processes, and actively participate in inventory management and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Work with Supply Chain Manager and HSE Manager to ensure a safe work environment.
• Train associates (production and warehouse) in cycle count process and inventory transactions.
• Audit outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and identify potential discrepancies.
• Problem solve root cause of inventory errors.
• Participate actively in preparation for inventories and active participation during inventory.
• Ensure 5S throughout warehouse.
