The Warehouse Material Technician is responsible for ensuring accuracy in inventory transactions, auditing shipments, and maintaining a safe work environment. This role involves training associates on inventory processes, problem-solving inventory errors, and actively participating in inventory preparations and execution. The position requires a high level of commitment, flexibility, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment. Requirements

• High School Diploma, Technical Training, or equivalent degree

Responsibilities

• Work with Supply Chain Manager and HSE Manager to ensure a safe work environment.
• Train associates (production and warehouse) in cycle count process and inventory transactions.
• Audit outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and identify potential discrepancies.
• Problem solve root cause of inventory errors.
• Participate actively in preparation for inventories and active participation during inventory.
• Ensure 5S throughout warehouse.
