Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world! Responsibilities: Operate material handling equipment and complete Forklift Operators’ Daily Checklist as necessary. Convey materials from storage or worksites to designated areas using FIFO methods. Identifies and/or initiates appropriate action to prevent the occurrence of any nonconformity relating to product, process, and quality system either directly or by recommendation through designated channels. Controls further processing and delivery of nonconforming product until the deficiency of unsatisfactory condition has been corrected. Maintain an orderly and clean work area/zone using sound housekeeping methods. Follow Standard Operating Procedures and/or Work Instructions applicable to the appropriate job assignment. Read ship lists and follow oral and written communications regarding loading and unloading/proper movement or placement of materials or containers in the proper manner and quantity. Perform daily computer transactions. Coordinate activities with the supervisor to ensure smooth operation of all warehouse related activities. Pick material/stock and process shipping orders/returns of surplus stock, while maintaining stock location integrity.
