About The Position

U.S. AutoForce, a division of U.S. Venture, Inc., is an industry leader in the distribution of tires, undercar parts, and lubricants. We serve independent tire retailers, auto repair shops, and automotive dealerships with over 100 years of experience. The schedule for this position is Friday-Sunday 5:00am-5:30pm, with potential for schedule changes and overtime based on business needs.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to operate equipment.
• 1 year of warehouse/logistics or relevant experience.
• Ability to safely lift 50 pounds consistently and occasionally lift up to 80 pounds.
• Ability to exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to work at heights of 25 feet while operating equipment and maintaining safety standards.
• Abide by all Company safety policies and state and federal transportation regulations and manufacturing guidelines.
• Ability to pass forklift certification.
• Willing to work overtime as needed.
• Ability to follow instructions and safe operating procedures.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test (do not test for THC / marijuana).

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and stock tires and auto parts in a fast-paced warehouse environment using industrial vehicles like forklifts or picker equipment.
• Utilize scanners to locate and put away tires and assist with inventory control.
• Consistently lift 50 pounds and occasionally lift up to 80 pounds. Team lifts or mechanical equipment will be used for commercial tires.
• Exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds when working with barrels or industrial/agricultural tires.
• Safely work at heights up to 25 feet while operating equipment.
• Be willing and able to work on your feet for extended periods and work overtime as needed.
• Contribute to a culture of safety by adhering to all safety policies and operating procedures.
• Assist other departments, such as ecomm, inventory, and will call, depending on business needs.
• Perform other job-related tasks and follow instructions from supervisors as assigned, subject to reasonable accommodations.
