About The Position

As a Warehouse Material Handler, you will work with the team to ensure products get where they need to be. Duties include unloading delivery vehicles, receiving and storing inventory, and selecting and packing customer orders. At times, you may deliver customer orders in a light van or delivery vehicle. This is an employee-owned company that offers opportunities to learn and grow into higher-level positions.

The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The expected starting pay is $19.00–$22.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Requirements

• Able to meet the physical requirements of a warehouse environment, including lifting up to 70 pounds, cutting wire, climbing ladders, and staying on the move in varying temperatures depending on location.
• Safely operate warehouse equipment and use personal protective equipment (PPE) properly.
• Good attendance and work ethic.
• Able to perform tasks quickly and accurately.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and push carts.
• Unload deliveries and accurately receive inventory.
• Store product in designated locations and record its location in the system.
• Select and pack customer orders.
• At times, deliver customer orders in a light van or delivery vehicle.
• Maintain a clean warehouse, follow safety procedures, and perform daily safety inspections.
