About The Position

U.S. AutoForce, a division of U.S. Venture, Inc., is an industry leader in the distribution of tires, undercar parts, and lubricants. This role involves loading, unloading, and stocking tires and auto parts in a fast-paced warehouse environment using industrial vehicles. The schedule is Monday to Thursday, 6:00 PM to 4:30 AM, with potential for overtime. Team members will use scanners for inventory control and may assist other departments based on business needs. Safety is a key focus, requiring adherence to all safety policies and operating procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to operate equipment.
• 1 year of warehouse/logistics or relevant experience.
• Ability to safely lift 50 pounds consistently and occasionally lift up to 80 pounds.
• Ability to exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds - working with barrels and industrial/agricultural tires.
• Ability to work at heights of 25 feet while operating equipment and maintaining safety standards.
• Abide by all Company safety policies and state and federal transportation regulations and manufacturing guidelines.
• Ability to pass forklift certification.
• Willing to work overtime as needed.
• Ability to follow instructions and safe operating procedures.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test (do not test for THC / marijuana).

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and stock tires and auto parts in a fast-paced warehouse environment using industrial vehicles such as a forklift or picker equipment.
• Use scanners to find and put away tires and assist with inventory control.
• Lift 50 pounds consistently throughout the shift and occasionally lift up to 80 pounds.
• Perform team lifts or use mechanical equipment when lifting commercial tires.
• Exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds when working with barrels or industrial/agricultural tires.
• Work safely at heights up to 25 feet while operating equipment.
• Be on your feet for extended periods of time and work overtime as needed.
• Contribute to a culture of safety, ensuring adherence to all safety policies and operating procedures.
• Assist other departments, such as ecomm, inventory, and will call, depending on business needs.
• Perform other job-related tasks and follow job-related instructions given by their supervisor, subject to reasonable accommodations.
