About The Position

U.S. AutoForce, a division of U.S. Venture, Inc., is an industry leader in the distribution of tires, undercar parts, and lubricants. We are seeking a Warehouse Material Handler for our West Branch, IA warehouse. This role involves loading, unloading, and stocking tires and auto parts in a fast-paced environment using industrial vehicles. The schedule is Monday - Thursday, 4:00 pm - 2:30 am or until work is completed, with potential for overtime and schedule changes based on business needs. We offer walk-in interviews Monday - Thursday from 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm. Please complete your online application prior to arrival.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to operate equipment.
• 1 year of warehouse/logistics or relevant experience.
• Ability to safely lift 50 pounds consistently and occasionally lift up to 80 pounds.
• Ability to exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds - working with barrels and industrial/agricultural tires.
• Ability to work at heights of 25 feet while operating equipment and maintaining safety standards.
• Abide by all Company safety policies and state and federal transportation regulations and manufacturing guidelines.
• Ability to pass forklift certification.
• Willing to work overtime as needed.
• Ability to follow instructions and safe operating procedures.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test (do not test for THC / marijuana).
• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis and must not require U.S. Venture’s sponsorship to continue to work legally in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and stock tires and auto parts in a fast-paced warehouse environment using industrial vehicles such as a forklift or picker equipment.
• Use scanners to find and put away tires and assist with inventory control.
• Contribute to our culture of safety, ensuring adherence to all safety policies and operating procedures.
• May assist other departments, such as ecomm, inventory, and will call depending on business needs.
• Perform other job-related tasks and follow job-related instructions given by their supervisor, subject to reasonable accommodations.
